Participants of ICCC 2010 will need to make their own travel arrangements to Hong Kong.
You should investigate whether you need to obtain visa or entry permits prior to your departure. Depending on your nationality and the length of your stay in Hong Kong (particularly if you wish to sightsee in Hong Kong after ICCC 2010 has ended), a visa or entry permit may be required.
Please contact the Immigration Department of Hong Kong directly if you have any enquiries. The Department's contact details are listed on its official website and can be located here. The Department has also published general guidelines on the entry requirements to Hong Kong on its official website here. We suggest you contact the Department or a Chinese Diplomatic or Consular mission if you have any specific enquires.
Alternatively, you may wish to contact your nearest Chinese Diplomatic or Consular Mission. A list of all Chinese Diplomatic and Consular Missions is located on the Department's website here.
We can provide you with an invitation letter or letter of certification to assist you in your application for a visa or entry permit. Please contact us via email iccc2010@hku.hk
