The Institute helped the Faculty develop a wide range of courses in the specialist LLM degree programme in Corporate and Financial Law that was introduced in September 1999. This LLM degree programme (the first of its kind in Hong Kong) pulls together expertise in the area of corporate and financial law and provides a comprehensive study of the law and problems encountered in a sophisticated commercial and financial community.
