CCPL Roundtable on Article 23 of the Hong Kong Basic Law

On 30th August 2016, the Centre for Comparative and Public Law of the Faculty of Law of the University of Hong Kong held a closed-door academic roundtable on "Article 23 Legislation: Concerns and Imperatives 13 Years On" to explore what the past, present and future concerns with and imperatives for passing Article 23 legislation are and the way forward.
