Professor Douglas SANDERS

Professor Douglas Sanders taught seminars on international human rights, indigenous peoples in comparative and international law and sexuality and law at the Faculty of Law, University of British Columbia, before retirement in 2003.  He was commissioned by the United Nations to prepare expert background papers for two workshops on indigenous peoples (in Geneva and Managua).  For ten years he taught a corporate social responsibility class at the Faculty of Law, Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok.  He gives lectures on human rights issues in the Center for Human Rights and Development Studies, Mahidol University, Bangkok.  He has published widely.
