Daniele Ruggiu is a Research Fellow of the Interdepartmental Research Centre for Environmental Law Decisions and Corporate Ethical Certification (CIGA) of the University of Padua. His main research interests include the Theory of Interpretation (under the philosopher Paul Ricoeur’s perspective) and Human Rights (with special attention to the activity of the Strasbourg Court, in the framework of the European Convention of Human Rights; in this regard he spent in Strasbourg a period studying the subject of freedom of movement). About the theme of multiculturalism and human rights he has recently published several articles and attended to workshops and seminars.
