Firew Kebede Tiba, LLB (Addis Ababa); LLM (Pretoria); LLM (Kyushu); and PHD (Hong Kong) is a Lecturer in Law at the University of Waikato, Te-Piringa- Faculty of Law in New Zealand and a Postdoctoral Fellow with the University of Hong Kong (on leave). He was formerly a Research Officer with the University of Hong Kong and Lecturer in Law with the Ethiopian Civil Service College Faculty of Law.
