Ian B. Lee is an associate professor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. He has a B.Com. and LL.B. from the University of Toronto and an LL.M. from the Harvard Law School. He clerked with Justice Claire L’Heureux-Dubé of the Supreme Court of Canada, and practised with Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York and Paris before joining the University of Toronto. His teaching and research are in the areas of constitutional law and corporate law.
