Karen Kong is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, The University of Hong Kong. Her research interests include socio-economic rights, public interest litigation and administrative law. Karen was educated at University of Oxford, The University of Hong Kong and Cambridge University. She is a qualified solicitor in Hong Kong and England & Wales. Karen currently teaches Hong Kong Legal System and Economic, Social and Cultural Rights.
