Simon Tat-Ming Ng is Assistant Professor cum Senior Programme Director in Law with the School of Professional and Continuing Education, The University of Hong Kong. His interests lie in legal and political theories, law and society (legal culture/ legal consciousness), law-related/ citizenship education and inclusive education. His recent works include: “Whose Rule of Law? –The Rule of Law Education in Hong Kong” (in Chinese) (2010); (co-authored) “Continuing Professional Education for Lawyers: The Case of Hong Kong” (2010); (co-authored) “Legal Culture” (Indicators of Social Development Hong Kong 2006) (2008); and (co-authored) “Law-related Education Curricular Materials in Junior Secondary Education and the Construction of Legal Culture: A Comparative Study of Three Chinese Societies” (in Chinese) (2008).
