Emma Gooding (MA Cantab) is a Senior Teaching Consultant in the Department of Professional Legal Education.  Emma is admitted as a solicitor both in Hong Kong (2002) and in England & Wales (1998).  Before joining Hong Kong University in May 2006, Emma practiced as a solicitor in international law firms in London and Hong Kong, where she specialised in international commercial litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.  She will be teaching Civil Procedure and Commercial Practice and Procedure on the PCLL course.
