Lee teaches on both the JD and LLB programmes, primarily in the area of Contract Law which, prior to joining HKU, he also taught at a top law school in Germany. He is the Contract Law Course Convenor for the LLB programme and Deputy Director of the JD programme. Lee also serves as Articles Editor for the Hong Kong Law Journal.

His current research interests include the Law of Obligations, Trusts, Succession, Auctions and Consumer Protection.

Specialised areas: Contract, Tort and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
