Professor Michael Wilkinson BA, LLB (Cantab). He is a barrister-at-law of the Inner Temple. He specializes in the teaching of litigation and conveyancing and has published books in these areas. His publications include Hong Kong Conveyancing Law and Practice (with Judith Sihombing), 9 Vols (1995); Advocacy and the Litigation Process in Hong Kong (3rd ed 2007); Professional Conduct of Lawyers in Hong Kong (with Michael Sandor), 3 Vols (2007); Halsbury's Laws of Hong Kong, Vol 5: Civil Procedure, A Student's Guide to Hong Kong Conveyancing (Butterworths, 5th ed 2007) and Halsbury's Laws of Hong Kong, Vol 8: Courts and Judicial System (Butterworths). He is also an examiner for the Overseas Lawyers Qualification Examination and the Conversion Examiner.  He is Chairman of the Law Faculty Board and sits as a member of the Law Reform Commission.  He is the University’s Public Orator.
