Rebecca Lee 李穎芝

Rebecca Lee, Assistant Professor, joined the Department of Law in August 2005. She graduated from the University of Hong Kong and the University of Oxford. She was also admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of the HKSAR in 2005.

Her research interests include Contract Law, Equity and Trusts and Restitution. Her recent paper appears in ‘Rental Deposits as (Quistclose) Trusts’ (2003) 33 Hong Kong Law Journal 27.
