Biography
Karen Kong is a Principal Lecturer in the Department of Law. She joined the Law Faculty in 2007. She researches and teaches in the area of economic, social and cultural rights, public interest litigation, constitutional and administrative law, and law and social policy.
Karen received her BA Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford, her LLM from Cambridge University, and MPA from the University of California, Berkeley. She is a qualified solicitor in Hong Kong and in England and Wales.
