I am required to provide a transcript / testimonial for an application. Where can I obtain one?

A transcript is a student’s full academic record in this University.  It may be issued to a student on application and upon payment of the prescribed fees.  You may need this for scholarship or postgraduate programme applications.

A testimonial is an official document which certifies the qualification awarded to a student or the programme he/she is studying.  Unlike transcript, it does not give details of the individual courses studied and/or completed and is usually used to attest the student status for such purposes as job hunting or sitting public examinations (e.g. TOEFL).

Further details and application forms for transcript / testimonial are available at Academic Support and Admissions Section >> Student Records.

Please be reminded that the processing time for transcript / testimonial application is 10 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays).  So if you need to submit the transcript / testimonial to other party, you should consider the processing time and apply well in advance.
