The National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination 2022
The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has announced the application details for the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination 2022. Persons intending to take the objective questions examination must submit an application online via the MoJ’s website (http://www.moj.gov.cn) between 16 June 2022 and 30 June 2022 (by 6pm). The computer-based objective questions examination will be held on 17 September 2022 or 18 September 2022 and the examination result will be available on MoJ’s website on 24 September 2022.
Those who have passed the objective questions examination (in 2021 or 2022, as appropriate) must submit another application online for the subjective questions examination via MoJ’s website between 24 September 2022 and 28 September 2022. The subjective questions examination will be held on 16 October 2022. The subjective questions examination will be computer-based unless candidates apply for paper-based mode when signing up for the examination.
Please note that applicants are required to login the MoJ’s website at the relevant times to download and print out their admission forms for the examinations.
