SK obtained her B.A. in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford and holds a Master in International and Public Affairs from the University of Hong Kong. She is qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales and in Hong Kong. She currently works for the Department of Justice of the Hong Kong SAR Government.
