Li Xingfang is a second year MPhil student in the Faculty of Law at the University of Hong Kong. She obtained her LLB degree from HKU, during which she also worked as a part-time research assistant for law faculty and education faculty. Her main research interests centre on intellectual property law, legal sociology, social norms and alternative dispute resolutions. She is also interested in studies of communication, social media and digital privacy. Her current research is on social platforms’ private regulations and their interactions with the judiciary.
