Hongjiao ZHANG

Ms. Zhang completed her bachelor study at Liaoning University in 2011, then she was recommended to China University of Political Science and Law for further study, majoring in Civil Procedural Law. After obtaining her Master’s degree in 2014, she worked as an assistant prosecutor in Beijing for three years—responsible for prosecuting criminal cases and juvenile delinquency, and then as a researcher in Intellectual Property Institution of Jinan University for one year—with general responsibilities to collect references, write reports and help maintain the operation of the institution. Currently, Ms. Zhang focuses on copyright law and contract law, her research interest center around copyright licenses, especially the construction of implied copyright licenses.
