Biography
景輝博士是香港大學法律學系的助理教授。此前，他曾於2020年8月至2022年6月在香港城市大學法律學院工作。景博士在墨爾本大學完成了博士學位，他的博士論文獲得了墨爾本大學法學院Harold Luntz最佳博士論文研究生研究獎。在攻讀博士學位之前，他獲得了北京大學知識產權法哲學碩士學位（研究型）和中國政法大學法學學士學位（以專業排名前5%的成績畢業）。
景博士教授和研究股權與信託法、合同法、財產法和慈善法。他在Legal Studies, the American Journal of Comparative Law和the Journal of Equity等期刊上發表過文章，並撰寫了多個章節於數個彙編合集。 2014年至2017年，他在中國外貿金融租賃公司和中倫律師事務所北京辦事處工作。
