Seung Mann (Kevin) BAE
Seung Mann (Kevin) Bae is a PhD candidate in law at The University of Hong Kong. Kevin first obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong before completing his Bachelor of Civil Law degree at The University of Oxford. Prior to commencing his doctoral studies, Kevin also served in the South Korean military. Kevin’s research interest is in jurisprudence broadly defined, and his doctoral thesis concerns the phenomenon of judicial majoritarianism.
