摘要：

《法科知識人：現代中國早期60位典型人物重述》從中國百年法科知識人中遴選出60位，作為歷史樣本進行考證或評論。以全面的新視角和豐富的原史料塑造了中國近現代法科知識人群體形象。從知識功能與知識演進的角度，對中國近現代法科知識人作出歷史階段與進化類型上的劃分：新知先行者、政治行動者、職業行動者和學術靜觀者。這批法學人物的經歷是中國法治化進程的先行者和見證者，借由本書的論述可感受他們的行蹤與情緒，了解他們與傳統、與時代、與人性既相逢於種種事件，又遭遇著種種衝突。這批法科先行者，共同為法治現代化和法學自主性貢獻了力量。
