Biography
李香慧博士是亞洲國際金融法研究中心(AIIFL)主任、香港大學法律學院副教授。她的研究領域包括金融法、金融科技法規和政策、公司破產法、跨境破產法和比較法。她的研究工作已發表在領先的同行評審期刊上,例如American Journal of Comparative Law, Law and Contemporary Problems, Journal of Corporate Law Studies, Journal of Business Law and Common Law World Review。她的研究被麥肯錫公司全球研究所、金融發展局(由香港特別行政區政府成立的高級別、跨部門諮詢機構)、美國前破產法官和學者等引用。她還是聯合國國際貿易法委員會(UNCITRAL)專家組的成員。
