史欣悦律師2004年加入君合，在君合北京辦公室執業。他的主要業務領域為公司商事法律，包括國際和國內的投資，企業的收購和併購重組，公司合規、反壟斷等，在礦產資源、農業食品、軌道交通、零售和電子商務、PE投資等業務領域有豐富的經驗。史律師為眾多國內外知名公司、投資機構、銀行及金融機構提供法律服務，涵蓋國內外投資、融資、證券上市、併購重組、企業合規和反壟斷等方面法律業務。史律師代表國內外客戶參與項目結構設計、股權或資產收購、公司重組及海外融資上市工作，參與眾多重大、複雜交易的談判、法律文件起草和執行。
