2012年以來，中國環境法治發生了哪些結構性躍遷？「保護優先、生態優先」如何重寫立法版圖？中央環保督察如何改變環境執機制？環境司法專門化提供了哪些真正可執行的救濟？正在二審的《生態環境法典》爭議焦點有哪些？如果法典於明年三月通過，配套規則與落實路徑將面臨哪些硬約束與軟阻力？本次講座邀請了中國環境法資深專家、王燦發教授，與大家共同探討中國環境法治的前沿發展和關注焦點。

講者：

王燦發，中國政法大學教授，博士生導師，享受國務院特殊津貼專家。曾經參與國家和地方30多部環境法律、法規和規章的起草、審改和論證工作。發表專業學術論文200多篇，獨著和參與編著學術著作80多部。從1999年起就通過幫助污染受害者提起訴訟、免費對律師、法官、檢察官、環保社會組織進行環境法律實務培訓以及參與相關立法和支持環保社會組織提起環境公益訴訟等方式，推動環境公益訴訟制度的建立和完善。
