Prof. Felix Chan 陳偉漢教授

簡介
陳教授出任法律碩士 (專攻海事法) 課程主任前，曾任法律學院副院長，負責知識交流和研究生課程。他亦曾多次擔任代理院長，在2022至2024年間擔任法律與科技中心的聯合主任。
陳教授具備在香港及英格蘭與威爾斯的律師資格，現時為一本地律師行的顧問。加入學術界前，他曾於律師行孖士打 (JSM) 以及Norton Rose (現名Norton Rose Fulbright) 執業，執業範圍包括航運、航空、銀行融資及國際仲裁。
他曾於不同在期刊發表文章，包括《Modern Law Review》、《Law Quarterly Review》、《Lloyd’s Maritime and Commercial Law Quarterly》、《International Journal of Maritime Law》等，並為《Halsbury’s Laws of Hong Kong: Maritime Law》（LexisNexis）和《Shipping and Logistics Law: Principles and Practice in Hong Kong》（香港大學出版社）等供稿。
陳教授有份合著、有關人身傷害賠償的文章，曾被香港及新加坡法院引用，他於航運法與衝突法方面的研究成果，亦被知名法律執業參考書引用如 《Scrutton on Charterparties and Bills of Lading》和《Dicey, Morris & Collins on the Conflict of Laws》。
