簡介
景辉博士是香港大学法律学院的副教授，专长于衡平法与信托、合同法、物权法以及慈善法领域的教学与研究。他拥有墨尔本大学的博士学位，其博士论文曾获墨尔本法学院Harold Luntz Graduate Research Prize for Best PhD Thesis。他早期取得的学位包括北京大学知识产权法研究型硕士学位，以及中国政法大学法学学士学位，并以年级前5%的优异成绩毕业。
景教授在知名的学术期刊上发表了大量论文，其研究成果见于Legal Studies、American Journal of Comparative Law、Journal of Equity、Civil Justice Quarterly、Journal of Business Law、European Business Organisation Law Review 和 Conveyancer and Property Lawyer。他还为多部论文集撰写了章节。在投身学术事业之前，景教授于2014年至2017年间从事法律实务工作，曾在北京中伦律师事务所及中国对外贸易金融租赁有限公司任职。
