Prof. Taorui Guan 關韜睿教授

簡介
關韜睿博士現任香港大學法律學院的研究助理教授。他的研究關注技術市場的發展，新興技術引起的法律改革，知識產權與金融的互動，以及中國的創新系統。關博士的研究成果以中英兩種語言發表。他曾在2019-2020年期間任喬治·梅森大學知識產權與創新政策中心的托馬斯·愛迪生創新法律與政策研究員。他於2021年獲得約翰·M·奧林法律與經濟獎。
在教學領域，關博士專注於教授知識產權與信息技術、版權法以及中國知識產權法等課程。他還在中國法的入門課程中擔任導師。
關博士在弗吉尼亞大學法學院獲得法學博士和法學碩士學位。在他攻讀博士學位期間，曾榮獲中國政府公派留學博士生獎學金。他在中國人民大學取得知識產權法的法學碩士學位，並在那裡獲得優秀畢業生的榮譽以及研究生國家獎學金。他在廣東外語外貿大學獲得商務英語學士和法學士學位。他在本科期間獲得本科生國家獎學金，並連續兩年獲得一等獎學金。
關博士通過了中國國家司法考試，並且有美國紐約州的執業資格。他也是中國法學會會員。
