Biography
何錦璇教授是香港大學法律學院利孝和基金教授 (信託法及衡平法)。在從事信託與衡平、不當得利和比較信託法(特別是中國信託法)的教學和研究期間,她亦向中央政府就中國信託法頒佈和特區政府改革《受託人條例》提供建議。 於2019年,她成功說服香港特別行政區政府推出針對特殊需要人士的信託服務。
她發表了廣泛的著作,她的作品亦被各普通法司法管轄區的最高上訴法庭引用,並被翻譯成日語出版。她於2006年獲得香港大學傑出青年研究員獎、2017年獲得學院教師傑出教學獎、2018年獲得學院知識交流獎和2018年獲得卓越知識交流獎。
