簡介
夏颖自2020年起在法学院担任助理教授。她先后在北京大学取得法学学士(LL.B.)、经济学学士(双学位)及法学硕士(LL.M.)学位,并在 哈佛法学院获得法学博士(S.J.D.)学位。她的博士论文以在肯尼亚和坦桑尼亚的田野调查为基础,研究中国“一带一路”投资的社会法律影响。作为一名法社会学学者,她通过经验研究方法探讨与可持续发展相关的问题。她的研究有两个主要方向:一是中国的环境治理改革,二是中国与发展中国家的经济发展合作及其环境影响。夏颖教授的研究发表在 Law & Society Review、Law & Social Inquiry、Transnational Environmental Law、World Development、China Quarterly 和 Journal of Contemporary Asia 等期刊。她还曾获得香港研究资助局(RGC)资助,就环境法律动员与公益法律服务等议题开展研究。
