AI&S (AI & Society) Forum 2026: Living with AI
Jointly organized by Tencent Research Institute and HKU Faculty of Law, the “AI&S (AI & Society) Forum 2026: Living with AI” was successfully held on 26 May 2026, attracting over 300 guests from academia, industry, and the public to explore the social impact and future of artificial intelligence (AI).
The forum focused on individual experiences, organizational transformation, and employment reshaping in the AI era. Keynote speeches by Mr Jason Si, Director of the Tencent Research Institute; and Professor Christopher Yoo from the University of Pennsylvania provided an analysis of ecological shifts in the workplace driven by technological waves. Subsequent roundtable discussions delved into the economy, society, and truth reconstruction in the “after-intellectual scarcity era” and a research report titled “From Super Individuals to Super Teams: A Research Report on AI-Driven Organizational Change” was released. The audiences gained insight into the implementation of AI-enabled organizations from case studies from Laiye Technology, Workstream, and Tencent WorkBuddy. The concluding session on medical AI provided a examination of the real-world distances and ethical boundaries of technological applications.
To conclude, the forum provided a multidisciplinary platform to facilitate integration of academic foresight and industry practice. Forum participants came to an understanding that in facing the widespread adoption of AI, society must adopt an open, cautious, and collaborative attitude, continuously optimizing governance frameworks and talent development mechanisms to steadily advance toward a new era of human-machine coexistence.

2026年5月26日，由騰訊研究院與香港大學法律學院合辦的「AI & Society Forum 2026｜與AI共處的時代」圓滿舉行，吸引過300位來自學術界、業界及公衆人士蒞臨，共同探討人工智能的社會影響與未來。
是次論壇聚焦AI時代的個體體驗、組織變革與就業重塑。騰訊研究院司曉院長與賓大Christopher Yoo教授的主題演講，剖析技術浪潮下的工作生態轉型。隨後多場圓桌對話探討「後智力稀缺時代」的經濟、社會與真相重構，並發佈《從超級個體到超級團隊》的研究報告。結合來也科技、Workstream與騰訊WorkBuddy的案例，加強與會者對AI賦能組織實際操戶的認識。壓軸的醫療AI環節則審視技術應用的距離與倫理邊界。
整體而言，論壇成功搭建跨學科對話平台，展現學術前瞻與產業實踐的交融。與會者共識明確：面對AI普及，社會須以開放、審慎與協作並重的態度，持續優化治理框架與人才培養機制，方能穩步邁向人機共生的新紀元。
