Biography
溫文灝教授是香港大學法學教授兼文學士及法學士[雙學位課程]課程總監。他的研究重點是法律與人文學科的交匯點,尤其是法律與文學、法律與電影的交匯,以及從人文學科視角探索如何闡明性別和性行為的法律規範。
他的第一本書《Masculinity and the Trials of Modern Fiction》(Routledge,2017 年)探討了19世紀英國和法國的文學審判;它獲得了大洋洲法律、文學和人文協會頒發的Penny Pether獎和香港大學大學研究成果獎。他的第二本書《Film and Constitutional Controversy》(劍橋大學出版社,2021 年)探討了香港電影如何投射憲法辯論。他目前的工作利用文學和文化理論來研究性別身份認同方面的法律規定。這三個項目均得到大學教育資助委員會優配研究金為期三年的資助。
他是《Law & Literature》的總編輯,該雜誌是為推動法律與文學運動而創立的期刊。他是《Critical Studies in Law, Literature and the Humanities》系列(愛丁堡大學出版社)、《Law and Visual Jurisprudence》(Springer)、《香港法律學刊》 和《Asia-Pacific Journal on Human Rights and the Law》編輯委員會的一員。他曾在劍橋大學、新加坡國立大學和 Käte Hamburger「法律即文化」德國人文學科高級研究中心擔任訪問職務。
溫文灝教授在劍橋大學獲得博士學位和法律學位,亦是Evan-Lewis Thomas法律學者和尤德爵士紀念基金學者。他還擁有哈佛法學院的法學碩士學位。他在耶魯大學獲得比較文學學士學位,並獲得了福克斯國際獎學金。
