Biography
李穎芝是香港大學法律學院副教授。她研究衡平法、信託法和非營利法,以及中國法律,包括比較信託、第三部門和成人監護法的層面。她在英國、澳大利亞和美國的主要法律期刊上發表了領域相關的著作,當中包括《International & Comparative Law Quarterly》、《Law Quarterly Review》、《Oxford Journal of Legal Studies》、《Journal of Equity》、《Virginia Journal of International Law》和《Pacific Rim Law & Policy Journal》。
李穎芝曾就受託人條例的改革向香港政府提供建議。最近,她開展了針對認知障礙人士、由政府主導和政府管理的特殊需要信託聯合研究項目,該研究還獲得了學院和大學知識交流獎。 李穎芝還與韓國政府分享了她的觀點,並參與了啟動中航信託在中國大陸推出的特殊需求信託產品。
李穎芝於2009年獲得香港大學傑出青年研究員獎,並於2016年獲得學院傑出教學獎。她完成了多個由研究資助局資助的研究項目。目前,她正在從事信託法、慈善治理和支持特殊需求方面的研究項目。
