Biography
郭曉暉是香港大學法學副教授、亞洲國際金融法研究院副總監和法律與科技研究中心的教授研究員。
他專攻競爭和消費者法律和政策的比較、經濟和哲學分析,尤其對技術相關問題感興趣。他有關香港競爭法的專著(與鄭建韓合著)在2021年由劍橋大學出版社出版。
作為德輔大律師事務所的執業大律師、國際競爭網絡的非政府顧問和消費者委員會的增選成員,他曾就各種競爭和消費者事務提供建議。
