Shahla Ali awarded Outstanding Young Researcher by HKU
Every year, outstanding faculty members are presented with University teaching and research awards for excellence in their fields. Starting from 2012, their outstanding knowledge exchange activities have also been recognised in this Award Presentation Ceremony for excellence in Teaching, Research & Knowledge Exchange. Associate Professor Shahla Ali received the Outstanding Young Researcher and Research Output Prize presented by Professor Paul Cheung, Associate Vice-President (Research) and Professor Paul Tam, Vice-President and Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Research) accordingly.
Dr Ali and her team of researchers at the University of Hong Kong have developed a set of recommendations for institutional capacity development in response to natural and financial crises.
