Yuyao YI
Yuyao YI is a PhD candidate in the field of law and society, under the supervision of Prof. X. He. She is a graduate of Xi’An Jiaotong University (LLB), and was a full-year visiting student at the University of Oxford in which she firstly experienced interdisciplinary courses and feminism education. She is an awardee of HKU Presidential Scholarship and Glasgow/HKU Early Career Mobility Funds.
Yuyao’s research interest mainly focuses on gender equality in China (especially on anti-sexual harassment and pornography), law and organization, legal mobilization and legal consciousness.
