Xiaoyu ZHOU
Xiaoyu Zhou is a PhD Candidate focusing on data-related rights, privacy protection, and information technology regulation. Prior to his doctoral research at HKU, Xiaoyu gained both his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from the School of Law at the University of International Business and Economics, Beijing China. Xiaoyu’s current research interest lies in critiquing China’s evolving data-related laws and regulations, and discovering potential pathways for theoretical improvement.
