Xiaoyu ZHOU
Xiaoyu Zhou is a PhD student in the field of data law and tech law. Prior to his postgraduate research at HKU, Xiaoyu gained both his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from the School of Law at the University of International Business and Economics, Beijing China. Xiaoyu’s current research interest lies in the development of China’s data-related laws and regulations.
