Biography

周偉信於1995年加入學院，成為法律專業學系首名全職本地香港稅務法教師。他現在的教學涵蓋香港房地產轉讓和遺囑認證實踐、專業操守和律師帳目、香港和中國大陸的稅收制度和政策，以及國際稅收。自2001年以來，周先生帶領課程改革，並提交了大部分法學專業證書課程的發展建議和評估報告。他是法律專業學系中發展和研究體驗式學習工具應用在專業法律教育的一員，其中標準化當事人訪談計劃就是一個例子。他的團隊在香港、英國、澳大利亞和美國舉行的會議上展示了他們的實證工作，並在國際權威期刊和編輯社論上發表了相應的成果。他還是《The Encyclopaedia of Hong Kong Taxation》的撰稿人之一，該百科全書是從業者的主要教材。他最近的出版物包括：

周先生曾於 2007 年 1 月 1 日至 2018 年 12 月 31 日期間擔任稅務上訴委員會副主席之一。作為法律專業學系系主任，他是法律教育及培訓常設委員會的學院代表之一。他亦為律師會海外律師資格考試（科：物業轉易）考官及香港稅務學會專業資格考試及全國稅務師職業資格考試委員會成員。
