Cynthia Ang is an SJD candidate at the Faculty of Law, University of Hong Kong. Her research explores regulatory and governance issues in private capital markets. She is particularly interested in private equity and venture capital, the design and enforcement of contractual governance mechanisms, and the role of law in shaping institutional dynamics in financial markets.
