About the Programme
This 5-year curriculum is jointly offered by the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Social Sciences. It allows students to take a variety of courses in both disciplines. It is designed to prepare students for careers in law, government and politics.
Upon graduation, students are awarded two degrees. There is an optional exit at the end of Year 4 for students who wish to graduate with BSS(GL) degree only.

Admission Requirements
Applicants for admission to the bachelor degrees offered by HKU Faculty of Law must satisfy the University entrance requirements (https://aal.hku.hk/admissions/international/admissions-information?page=admissions-standards#B)
However, applicants must note that admission into our law programmes are extremely competitive, and the average grades of students who have been admitted into the programme are significantly higher than the minimum University requirements and the University average.
