Shilun ZHOU

Shilun Zhou is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Law, University of Hong Kong. Shilun holds degrees from Sun Yat-sen University (LLB, 2019-23) and the University of Edinburgh (LLM in Criminal Law and Criminal Justice, 2023-24). She began her PhD studies in January 2025. Her principal research interests lie in the fields of criminal justice, evidence law, and emerging technology, with a particular focus on AI-generated evidence. She currently serves as Student Fellow at the Law and Technology Centre and the Centre for Comparative and Public Law at HKU.
