Treaty Texts
Texts of most multilateral treaties are available on-line at one or more websites. Each database entry contains a link to a site containing the text of a treaty where available. It should be noted that the United Nations Treaty Collection is now only available by subscription (http://untreaty.un.org). However a number of texts of multilateral treaties are availablefree of charge at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy Multilaterals website. Texts of bilateral treaties are available at the Hong Kong Department of Justice website.

UK Letter of notification listing multilateral treaties applicable to Hong Kong prior to 1 July 1997. This includes a list of treaties for which the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland ceased to be responsible for the international rights and obligations arising from their application to Hong Kong. Annotations (in green text) have been added by the Centre for Comparative and Public Law.

PRC Letter of notification listing multilateral treaties applicable to Hong Kong after 1 July 1997. This includes two lists of treaties which are applicable to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region from 1 July 1997 (as of 20 June 1997) contained in Annexes I and II below. Annotations (in green text) have been added by the Centre for Comparative and Public Law.
