國家敘事，一覽十多個責任部門有何作為、有何欠缺；民間敘事，觀察數量有限、資源短缺的社會力量，發揮著怎樣的作用、又有何不足；媒體監測，勾畫歷年反家暴信息走勢和特點；特殊時期，考察疫情中保護令制度的有效性；聚焦上海，細察保護令核發的數量和內容。

5 years after Anti-Domestic Violence Law in China: A Multi-Perspective Look into its Implementation
In this seminar, we will invite 4 experienced frontline practitioners to share from the following 5 different perspective:
– A close look at the actions and shortcomings of over ten responsible governmental departments;
– The roles and shortcomings of the limited and under-resourced civil society;
– The media monitoring report outlines the trends and characteristics of the anti-domestic violence information over the years;
– The effectiveness of the protection order system during the COVID-19 epidemic;
-Report of number and content of protection orders issued in Shanghai.
