About the Speakers:
Diane Peng – Partner, Fangda Partners (Beijing)
Ms Peng regularly assists clients from a large range of industries with cross-border dispute resolution, involving international commercial arbitration matters, PRC court litigation and matters of family law. Ms Peng has handled several applications for asset preservation in support of Hong Kong seated arbitration.

 

Fabian Roday – Counsel, Fangda Partners (Hong Kong)
Mr Roday’s work covers international arbitration and complex commercial litigation with a particular focus on Hong Kong and China, in addition to contentious regulatory and corporate compliance matters involving clients from various industries.

 

Matthew Townsend – Counsel, Fangda Partners (Hong Kong)
Mr Townsend is an arbitration lawyer with over a decade of experience. Based in Hong Kong, his practice is primarily focused on international arbitration and dispute resolution, often (but not always) involving Chinese parties, focusing on the energy, infrastructure, construction, technology and international trade sectors.
