The Rhodes Scholarship is the oldest and one of the most prestigious scholarships in the world. There is no shortage of Nobel laureates and heads of state among Rhodes Scholars. HKU Faculty of Law takes pride in having 7 LLB and 1 JD graduates among the 39 Rhodes Scholars since the Scholarship was introduced in Hong Kong in 1986. In celebration of the 55th Anniversary of the Faculty, we have happily invited 4 Rhodes Scholars who are our alumni to share their experiences as law students at HKU and Oxford, as well as their career paths.
