Faculty of Law Admits DSE Top Scorers
Message from Professor Michael Hor, Dean of Law
The Faculty of Law is very happy to announce that some of the highest scoring DSE students of 2015 have applied for and have been admitted into our LLB and LLB Double Degree Programmes. Of the top 11 students, two have been enrolled in an LLB Double Degree Programme. We value the vote of confidence and warmly welcome all these outstanding students to the HKU Law community.
What the figures tell …
– Amongst applicants to Law programmes (single- or double-degree) with HKDSE average score of 5* in six subjects, 102 out of the 104 were admitted to HKU.
– Two DSE students with perfect score (5** in all subjects) were admitted to BBA (Law) and BSS (Government and Law) respectively.

Achievement
Two of the recipients of the newly established government funded Multi-faceted Excellence Scholarship chose HKU Law Faculty. The Scholarship is awarded to students who excel in sport, arts and/or community service.
