HKU Law Faculty at the 12th Asian Law Institute Conference at the National Taiwan University in Taipei

HKU Law Faculty members participated in the 12th ASLI Conference at National Taiwan University. Richard Wu presented a paper comprising an empirical study of the values of law students in the Greater China region, Emily Lee spoke on the problems of cross border insolvency between Hong Kong and the Mainland, and Anna Khoo argued for the harmonization of cross border mediation in the context of Mainland China. The Dean, Professor Michael Hor, represented the Faculty at the Board of Governor’s Annual Meeting.
