Personal Information Protection Law Workshop Series
The Centre for Chinese Law at the University of Hong Kong and the Digital Economy and Legal Innovation Research Center at the University of International Business and Economics are proud to present our series on the recently drafted Protection of Personal Information Law which is expected to pass later this year. With a large focus on consent, the law addresses a growing need among Chinese citizens living in the digital age. Our series on the law will provide detailed analyses on issues relating to its scope and application.
