Say Goo is Distinguished Visiting Professor in Shanghai

 

Say Goo has recently been appointed Distinguished Visiting Professor at the International School of Financial Law at the East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL), Shanghai. He delivered his inaugural  lecture on whether HKEx should allow companies with weighted voting rights structure to be listed in its HKSE, drawing on the failed attempt by Alibaba Group to list in HKSE. 

He is the Founding Director of our Master of Laws in Corporate and Financial Law and was Director of the Faculty’s Asian Institute of International Financial Law (AIIFL).
