Garen MANUKYAN
Garen’s research and teaching interests primarily center on intellectual property management, technology transfer, open innovation, and innovation-driven development strategies. Garen has been involved in different EU funded research projects and is continuously engaged in various IP-related pro bono activities, encouraging innovation and creativity. He has co-founded and managed various projects including but not limited to technology commercialization, legislative reforms, and student learning and development, as well as supported the IPR awareness raising by organizing various IP-related activities and campaigns. He is currently a board member of the National Focal Point of the World Intellectual Property Organization’s (WIPO) Technology and Innovation Support Center (TISC) Program in Armenia (Intellectual Property Rights Center: IPRC), contributing to the development of the IPR field in the country.
